July 13th, two weeks after their rescue, the birds have little wings and stubby tail feathers. They're learning to make new sounds and can move fast!

August 1st. The birds have almost none of their downy baby feathers left, and have been living outdoors for two weeks, coping well with the attentions of a couple of dogs and the sounds of hit and miss engines running nearby!

We hope to release them in the next week or so.
